Below is a copy of an e-mail I sent to Ted Mallory, copying in Jack Lam, Caroline Conti, Buy Back team and Mark Champion. Mark it seems has washed his hands of it all having advised me about this in the first place which I must say sets off some alarm bells.As soon as I receive a reply I will report back.

if no reply is received (which is possible) I will also report back.I did finish with a verse of Scripture from Galations 6 v 7 Be not deceived, God is not mocked for whatsoever a man soweth that shall he also reap. This I put below my name.Let's hope that Pacific Tycoon will improve their less than good reputation!Hi Ted,It has been 15 months since I asked for a refund after the three years contract finished and to date we seem to be no further forward with regard to knowing a date when the refund will be due.I did ask that you to consider a very generous offer to refund me just 4 containers and call the whole thing settled and so giving you a whole container, giving you $4,100.You have not yet replied to this e-mail.Anyhow with this e-mail I am willing to give you two containers worth $4,100 and accept a refund of $12,300 (3 containers) if this is paid within a month. I am sure you will agree this is a very generous offer and I will lose a lot of money and you will gain.For some reason you did not reply to my earlier e-mail, I would be grateful if at least someone could reply even if it is just an acknowledgement.I do believe I am being fair in all this and I would be grateful if you could treat me likewise.If for any reason you do not feel able to accept this offer, could you at least give me some concrete idea when the refund will be paid.On another matter I understand that each container should have a number, do you happen to have the numbers of the 5 containers I have bought.? As these are off hire surely you should have these numbers.

This knowledge will at least assure me that the containers actually exist because in communications I have had with others there is some doubt as to even their existence! Could you please put my (and others) fears to rest.I understand that a partial refund is available as per the contract in respect of the Market Value. Could you please advise me of the market value of the 5 containers.I hope you don’t mind me saying that there are a significant number of folk (investors and otherwise) who are saying that Pacific Tycoon has been less than honourable with investors. If you could answer this e-mail satisfactorily this would go a long way to allaying many a fear and restore confidence in Pacific Tycoon.

On your correspondence you boast that investment with Pacific Tycoon is safe, simple and it pays. Please don’t let me have to report otherwise.An early reply to this e-mail will be appreciated.Many thanks,

I contacted PT in December and was told that the 5 containers were off hire. I have so far waited for 15 months for a refund.I did send an e-mail to PT and included all the main PT staff including Ted Mallory the director offering to just take payment for 4 containers and call the whole thing quits.

I never received a reply to this e-mail.When I rang up about the offer I was making I was told that this could not be done as it " was not part of the contract".With regard to the investment itself, when I researched it there was nothingon the internet advising caution against the investment which is certainly not the case now.

It seemed a good option except for one thing, I felt while praying about it that somehow I should not invest but went ahead anyway (disobedience on my part) and so am paying the price.On the plus side when I ring the buy Back team they usually speak to me and are actually very polite and keep assuring me that I will be paid and advise patience. This is a true review and am just stating things as they are.At present I am cautiously pessimistic!

Pacific Tycoon did contact me and said "you cannot believe everything you read on the internet and I would certainly be refunded in September 2019" as they originally said. However I am not without concern because 1) Although it is true you cannot believe everything you read on the internet, the fact there are literally scores of complaints makes me nervous and 2) The fact that the manager of Rock Capital said that they cannot help me and furthermore are not answering when called. I will update on any more developments.

Further to my take on PT where I am trying to be as fair as possible I am now taking steps just in case there is a problem with regard to the refund. The adviser from Rock Capital who originally advised me about this when I mentioned the time lag his words were " I cannot help you".

This was because he said he had stopped dealing with them. Also I am finding it difficult to ring him again. This set off alarm bells.

I am preparing for a tussle now just to be on the safe side and will post again how I get on. As such PT have not broken any contract but I am playing cautious and am making preparation.
